To go Paragliding you only need three main components:

Paraglider

This is the part that does the real work! Inflated by forward speed the paraglider sits 7-8 metres above the pilot who is suspended by the lines.

 

 

 

Harness

The integral connection between pilot and glider a harness provides a variety of protection options and a comfortable seat for your many hours aloft.

 

 

Protection

As mentioned above you can opt for various levels of protection some of which can be housed in the harness such as back protector foam and reserve parachute while items like boots and helmets are worn externally.
